Terms & Conditions:

1. Full payment of booking is required upon arrival at the Hotel.
2. Monthly room bookings exclude, Water and Electric Costs, which is metered and will be billed to you separately.
3. Booking costs exclude breakfast. We do have complementary water in the fridges.
4. There are no extra charges for a joiner, but all visitors have to provide a ID card to the reception staff when entering.
5. As our booking system is based on good faith, we would appreciate notification of change or cancellation, 48 hours prior to your arrival time. 
6. Please reconfirm your booking reservation 48 hours prior to arrival, if possible via email, telephone or fax. So we can ensure your chosen room is ready and available for you when you arrive. Reservations which are not confirmed at least 48 hours before arrival time, could be cancelled.
7. Hotel guests are responsible for all valuables within the rooms. The hotel is not responsible for customer’s valuables. There are in room safes.
8. The Hotel offers additional individual security safes, located at the reception area. The Hotel security guards and staff monitor the hotel areas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
9. Check in 12:00 (earlier if room vacant) Check out 12:30.
