Terms & Conditions:

1. Full payment of booking is required upon arrival at the Hotel.
2. Monthly room bookings exclude, Water and Electric Costs, which is metered and will be billed to you separately.
3. Booking costs exclude breakfast,  all meals and drinks from our restaurant. Our BJ's Pearl Restaurant provides excellent first class meals at reasonable prices
4. Customers may order room service from our restaurant or via our reception and will be billed to you separately.
5. As our booking system is based on good faith, we would appreciate notification of change, or cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival time. 
6. Please reconfirm  your booking reservation 48 hours prior to arrival, if possible via email, telephone or fax.  So we can ensure your chosen room is ready and available for you when you arrive. Reservations which are not confirmed after 48 hours before arrival time, will be cancelled.
7. Hotel guests are responsible for all valuables within the rooms. The hotel is not responsible for customers valuables.
8. The Hotel offers individual security safes, located at the reception area. The Hotel security guards  and staff monitor the hotel areas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
